next week we post our results from baking rugelach. I’ve never made rugelach before.
Today I made the prune and apricot ‘lekvar‘, they were easy, and very delicious….much more so than store-bought. I’ll definitely make them again for filling hamantashen for purim.
Rachel’s grandma makes the best rugelach. If you are looking for a recipe, get it from her. Yummy!
I made the filling as a part of the ‘baking with julia’ project that I’m doing. so I’ll be using that recipe. I hope its good!
